Fitting Room Favorites

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I wanted to take a minute to share some of my recent fitting room favorites with you. You guys seem to love these - is it because they feel the most in-the-moment?

Either way, I love them too. Almost as much as I love this Topshop eyelet sleeve tee. For real. This tee might be my new favorite. I've already worn it several times from date night to work to casual weekend—it's perfect for everything. I like a bit of a looser fit so I went with the US 4. It also comes in black and I currently have it in my cart because it's that good. And I want to pair it with my new olive shorts. If you get one new piece this month, let this be the one.

I'm not a huge dress wearer but I love having easy pieces for those throw-on-and-go summer days. This little French Connection stripe t-shirt dress is just that. It's crazy comfy thanks to its 100% cotton terry material and, hello—pockets. If a dress has pockets isn't it instantly 100% cooler? I thought so. I spent an entire Sunday lounging around in this dress but you could also easily dress it up with some wedges if you wanted to.

Admittedly, I don't normally go for color but there was something about this Topshop embroidered tee I fell in love with. Those little roses, probably? Yes. They actually had it in white but I thought I should branch out just a little, so I went with this pink, which looks slightly brighter & more corally in this photo. I did notice they also have it in black and grey online and I've fallen for the grey. It's a cropped fit but I tend to like shorter silhouettes and it works well with high-rise denim or cutoff shorts for the season. I'm wearing the US 4!

Out of all of these Nordstrom pieces, this Topshop floral wrap dress was actually the only one that didn't come home with me. But I still loved it! I think a wrap silhouette is really flattering on every frame, however, this dress was a size too big on me and I couldn't get past the fit on top. I think the excess material made it feel a little more robe-like than I wanted, especially because I'm so small on top. BUT, I think snagging it in your normal size would alleviate this and it's really such a flirty little number.

I also popped into Anthropologie and grabbed this cute little ruffled cami. I love the rose tone and detail to make it a little something extra than your average camisole. I went with size xs!

Thanks for reading and enjoy your weekend!

xx, Tyler
