Sleeveless Sweater, Denim Skirt and Sneakers

There’s not much I love more than slipping on a pair of sneakers and still feeling put together. 💯 I always think one of the simplest ways to do this is by pairing simple easy white sneakers with a dress or skirt combo for something that feels casual yet effortless, polished and classic with the right amount of feminine. 

I went with a denim skirt for my go-to casual vibe and topped it with this Madewell sleeveless sweater (SO good!) for an easy summer to fall spin. Don't be afraid to go a little out of your comfort zone by trying a denim skirt with an asymmetrical silhouette like this one or look for a button-down feature for an easy way to update your look and add the right amount of interest.

I also added extra interest plus a pop of color to an otherwise neutral ensemble by double knotting a neckerchief around the handle of my bag. You could also tie it around your neck, knit it around your hair or wrap it around your wrist.
