There's nothing like a fleece jacket to cozy up in this winter and I've been loving all the styles Nordstrom has to offer. From comfy-casual to sleek and more-structured, there's a style to suit you. This one by EVIDNT I snagged from Nordstrom might be the most unique one I've seen yet— I love the moto silhouette!

If you’re anything like me, boot season can be a struggle. I’m not sure why but I have the hardest time finding boots that are comfortable for daily wear yet still make your outfit look on point. I love a flat or low-heeled style for casual days (and I’m 5’6” so I’m not into too much added height) but sometimes find I feel frumpy in flatter styles. Someone please tell me I’m not the only one. I don’t necessarily want to be in “heels” but they really do finish off a look much more nicely. I guess because of the whole longer legs, sleeker silhouette thing.

Because of this, I’m constantly on the hunt for styles that have a bit of height for added style while still maintaining comfort. I also look for boots that come up a little bit higher on the calf so my favorite jeans can easily slip right in without having to mess with tucking, cuffing, etc. because honestly, who has time for that?

I thought a lace-up, combat boot style would be the perfect thing to fill a void in my collection. I love the casual-cool but still slightly dressed-up vibe they can add depending on heel height. I honestly think they look great with both a flat heel or a few inches for added height.

I snagged this pair of Rowly Boots by Dolce Vita from Nordstrom but I’m loving the plethora of lace-up styles I found at Nordstrom this season. From casual with leggings and jeans to dressy with your favorite dresses —even snow styles!— there’s a style to suit you.

Thanks for reading!
