I am always on the hunt for boots that can take me from casual to dressy and often feel the struggle of getting the style just right. Too dressy and I won't wear them for day, too flat and they feel sloppy for night, too high and I can't even walk...the list goes on.

I always think of UGG as the quintessential brand for slipper styles but took a peek at the Nordstrom site and found myself obsessing over their casual-cool, wearable-for-everyday styles. I've mentioned this before, but Nordstrom is always my go-to when shoe-shopping. They have the best styles and size exchanges are always easy. Enter these Camden Chelsea Boots by UGG to meet that hard-to-find, perfect-boot mold.

A Chelsea boot is definitely the epitome of casual-cool but I have a couple styles that fall flat when I'm trying to style them. In keeping with the comfy nature that UGG exudes, these have an easy stacked heel that helps keep you on your feet and a well-cushioned footbed to enhance that. I try not to do any boot over 3 inches for every day and these are the perfect height at 2.5". I love the black leather for a sophisticated feel and the longer shaft is perfect for tucking in jeans and not having to fuss with cuffing and rolling. They have an ankle boot feel without having to worry about cold ankles—win win win! If you're looking for something fleece-lined, I also love these!

I threw them on with dark-wash, high-rise skinny jeans by Joe's (I won't wear anything lower than high these days!) and added the comfiest Free People sweater for a casual winter vibe but I've also worn these with the same jeans and a blouse + moto jacket for a dressier dinner.

These boots + my UGG sneakers from my previous post have been easy go-to's this season and I hope you love them, too!

What are your must-have boots?

x, Tyler
