One of my all time combinations (besides denim and lace) is leather and lace. I'm a big fan of mixing styles, and feminine and edgy are two of my all time favorites together. Liquid leather leggings and a top with romantic details was one of my go-to's, especially throughout the cooler months, and I love throwing on a faux leather jacket over a pretty blouse, but I don't think I've ever had a piece that did the mixing FOR me. Until now! When I saw this faux leather and lace cami from Jewel Be Mine I was instantly intrigued. I love the edginess of the leather with just a touch of lace and as weird as this sounds, I really think it might be one of those classic wardrobe staple pieces. I initially thought it would be a fun piece to have for a night out, but I was determined to make it work for day, as well. And you know what? It really did work. I knew a denim jacket would instantly tone down the sexiness it gives off, but a simple cardi could do the same. Paired with white skinnies (or even a fun printed pencil skirt) it was perfect for a day of window browsing and wine tasting. It didn't hurt that there happened to be a motorcycle convention and my leather fit in quite nicely. But really--I'm excited to get some wear out of this one!

I also snagged this studded deco necklace (below) from Jewel Be Mine. They have some really fun pieces at affordable prices, and again--a good mix of edgy. classic, feminine, glam. Their clothing is similar with somewhat of a classic "California" vibe and touches of glam and edge. At seriously great prices! My top is only $39!

Thanks for reading!
